iOS 16 Supported iPhones
So, I wanted to hit on some of the supported devices that are going to be coming out for iOS 16. Now, iOS 16 (in my opinion) is going to be one of the bigger updates of the last few years, we don’t know for sure, but I’m hoping it’s going to be a that big update that we’ve kind of needed now, because of that, it looks like the iPhone 6s, the iPhone 6S Plus, and the iPhone SE first generation are not going to be supported with this software. Now, if you see my other videos you pretty much already know this, but if it’s your first time, this is pretty much what’s going to happen, and to be honest, it kind of makes sense since these devices have gotten way more updates than we expected them to get. To give you some insight, the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus came out one year before the iPhone 6S, yet the iPhone 6 ended on iOS 12, where the iPhone 6S is still getting software support! That just showcases how many more updates the iPhone 6S, 6S Plus, and iPhone SE ended up getting.
Now, this means that the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus are going to be the lowest supported iPhones on this version of the software, is this a big deal? Absolutely not, the iPhone 6S lasted way longer than we expected, and even if this iPhone ends off at iOS 15, it…
