iPhone 13 ANNOYING Change!
So, it seems like every single day a new iPhone 13 issue comes up, but this doesn’t even seem like an issue, it seems more like a feature that Apple put in to purposely limit the number of things we can actually fix on our device. Now, it seems like every single year this happens, last year we talked about if you swapped different genuine parts from a device to another one certain things would break, and it’s been like this for the last several iPhones, but every year they limit the things we can fix on our iPhones. Well, iFixit confirmed that the iPhone 13 does actually disable FaceID after you do a third-party screen repair.
So, they said if you actually went ahead and repaired the display, FaceID actually would not work, in my opinion, it’s just another way Apple is pretty much limiting the number of things we can fix, so, what does this mean? Pretty much, if you’re planning on buying an iPhone 13, and if you actually wanted to go ahead and repair this iPhone, the iPhone 13 may not be the best iPhone for you. Luckily, this iPhone is fairly durable (based on a few drop tests I saw), so this makes me feel a bit better if I accidentally drop this iPhone, but if my iPhone 13 ever breaks, I will have to pay for Apple’s repair…
