My Worst iPhone Mistake
Welcome back everyone, as most of you know, I’ve been using an iPhone for several years now, and there was one thing that I wish I didn’t do at all throughout my whole life of owning all these iPhones, and it’s not updating every year, it’s not getting the latest iPhone when it came out, my only issue / the only regret that I have pretty much for most of the iPhones I’ve had was wirelessly charging my phone, specifically with the MagSafe charger. Now, from what I’ve read from all the comments that people have been leaving, it does seem like most wireless chargers may do this as well, but personally, I experienced this with Apple’s MagSafe charger.
Now, why is that an issue? Well, it has a huge effect on the internals of your iPhone. Now, the biggest problem that wireless charging will have on your phone is with the battery, it’s kind of ironic, the battery is supposed to help your battery life, but a wireless charger actually could take some of the battery health away from your phone. Realistically, every year one percent to two percent of battery health degradation is totally normal, with my 12 Pro, this device has gone down in the battery health department by over 14% in one single year!
