The $100,000 iPhone

So, something very interesting kind of happened, and I haven’t seen this happen in a very long time even with an iPhone. Here’s the thing, not too long ago somebody actually went ahead and put a USB type-c port on their iPhone, and they made a youtube video about it too, here’s a link to that video:

This specific person actually ended up taking this iPhone and they’re actually reselling it on eBay! Now, this specific iPhone is an iPhone X, and what the person actually did was that they took out the lightning port, engineered a brand new port for this thing, and put a USB type c port in its place! Interestingly enough, in the description of the product they actually state that you can’t really do anything crazy with this phone, this includes factory resetting it, updating it, or taking it apart.

They also mentioned that you wouldn’t use this iPhone as a daily device, this mostly has to do with the instability of an iPhone like this. In my opinion, I would…
