The iPhone 12 Just Got a CRAZY Update!

Well everyone, I was not expecting to get another update for the iPhone 12! Now, yesterday iOS 15.1 came out, but there was something that was very interesting that was actually at the end of the release log that really took me off guard, what was this thing? Well, the iPhone 12’s are Apple's last generation of the device, this includes the iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max, and the iPhone 12 Mini as well, and I had some serious battery degradation for my iPhone 12 Pro unlike anything else I’ve ever seen, so what does have to do with iOS 15.1? Well, within the release log of iOS 15.1, Apple actually showcased that they updated the iPhone 12 models to better estimate battery capacity over time!

Now, why is this crazy? Well, I for one have been complaining a ton about the battery degradation for the iPhone 12 series, I have never seen an iPhone in one year lose as much battery capacity as the iPhone 12’s. On top of that, i’ve actually been seeing not only myself but a lot of other users looking at their iPhone 12’s, and actually seeing that their battery health has also gone down a ton, so this could either be just like a minor thing, maybe people use their iPhone wrong, maybe they’re holding it wrong (as Apple stated one time), maybe that’s why the battery degradation happened and maybe it’s not a big deal.
