The iPhone 13 Pro Camera Is Weird
Welcome back everyone, I’ve been using the iPhone 13 Pro for a little bit of time now, and one thing I can tell you is that I kind of like the iPhone 13 Pro camera, I think it’s really good when it works. From my experience, there are some weird things about the iPhone 13 Pro camera that really kind of struck me off, a lot of these issues came a little bit earlier when this iPhone first came out, I think Apple’s fixed a couple of these issues, but one of the major things that I’ve been having that is kind of a bigger problem with the iPhone 13 Pro is when I am taking close shots of certain subjects. So, I’ve been doing a lot of camera comparisons between the 13 Pro series and pretty much all the iPhones that came before it, and the photos of close up shots are very strange, they don’t look as good as even an iPhone Xs photo:
Typically, when you get a subject you can go ahead and focus on one part of that subject, the rest of the background is essentially blurred, with the iPhone 13 Pro, it looks to me (because of that macro mode) it just switches on and off and you end up not getting that background blur effect.
