Why Apple Put a Notch On The New MacBooks

Well everyone, as most of you know, Apple went ahead and announced/released their MacBooks with the notches, and I went ahead and actually bought them (pre-ordered), and here’s the crazy thing, they went ahead and added a notch for these MacBooks! Now, the big question is: why did they do this? they really didn’t have to consider that the 16-inch MacBooks looked really good already, all you had to do was just slim the bezels of the 13-inch MacBooks, but there was a reason why Apple did this, and it’s brilliant. In my opinion, the reason why they actually added a notch for this specific MacBook is to differentiate these MacBooks against every other laptop that has ever come out. So, when you look at a MacBook you can tell it’s a MacBook because of the software and design, right? But, for somebody who doesn’t really know too much about MacBooks, they may look at a Chromebook and think it may be the same thing as a Macbook, now that the MacBook has a notch, it allows Apple to differentiate their products against all other laptops.
