My theory has always been: once the next generation of iPhone comes out, the iPhone from the previous generation will see the most amount of depreciation, so in this specific case, once the 13’s come out, the iPhone 11 isn’t really going to be affected that much by the price tag of the iPhone 13.

In my opinion, the difference between an iPhone 11 and a iPhone 12 is very minimal, the iPhone 11 is definitely a better valued iPhone than the iPhone 12. The iPhone 11 wasn’t a flagship when it came out, yet it was a top-tier device.
