You Need To Disable This iPhone Camera Feature!
Well everyone, here’s the thing, there is something that a lot of iPhone users do that they may not even know they do, what is this specific thing? It’s actually live photos, you may not even know exactly what I’m talking about, but if you make your way over to your camera app, by default, Apple has put for a majority of iPhones out there is the live photo function, and live photo is essentially a video of a photo. Now, what is the problem with this? Nothing inherently, but you may not be wanting to send a live photo to everyone, so you may want to disable this feature.
So if you’re not somebody who wants to take live photos, and you don’t even know what this is, you’re going to want to go ahead and locate it on the top right corner of your camera app:
Then you want to click it to make it look exactly like I had it above, at this point, you want to make your way over to Settings > Camera > Preserve Settings > & you want to make sure the Live Photo setting is enabled:
