Your Turning Off Your iPhone Wrong

Well everyone, it looks like you’re turning off your iPhone wrong, so what does that even mean? Essentially, most of you can go ahead and click on the power button that’s on the side of your iPhone, and you can typically just turn off the screen that way, however, there are a couple of other ways that you can fully shut off your iPhone without even touching the power button of your iPhone. Now, why would you want to not click the power button? It actually helps you to avoid doing “hand gymnastics” to turn off your iPhone, for big iPhone users, this may be something you want to consider.

Now, most of the iPhones nowadays have the back tap feature, as long as your iPhone is on iOS 14 or newer, you can enable this feature. To do this, you want to click on your iPhone settings > Accesiblity > Touch > and scroll down and click on back tap:

At this point, you can configure either a double-tap or triple-tap, once you choose which one you want, we can actually select the “lock screen” option on a double-tap:
